Terms & Conditions

“Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking your tour.”

  • All bookings must be made through our email, [email protected]
  • A deposit is required to secure your booking:
    •  FIT (1–9 travelers): 30% of total tour cost
    •  GIT (10 or more travelers): 30–50% of total tour cost (depending on group size and supplier requirements)
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of deposit and confirmation email/proforma invoice.

  • Remaining balance must be paid:
    • FIT: 45 days before arrival (or as agreed)
    • GIT: 45 days before arrival (or as agreed)
  • Late payments may result in automatic cancellation of booking.

FIT (1–9 travelers)

  • More than 30 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
  • 15–29 days before arrival → 50% of total tour price charged
  • 7–14 days before arrival → 75% of total tour price charged
  • Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% of total tour price charged

GIT (10 or more travelers)

  • More than 45 days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees)
  • 30–44 days before arrival → 30% charged
  • 15–29 days before arrival → 50% charged
  • 7–14 days before arrival → 75% charged
  • Less than 7 days / No-show → 100% charged

Special Notes

  • Hotels, airlines, and cruises may have stricter rules — in such cases, their terms will apply.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) will be handled with maximum flexibility in consultation with clients.

  • FIT: One free reschedule if notified ≥ 30 days before arrival.
    New dates must be within 12 months. Price differences apply for seasonal rates.
  • GIT: One free reschedule if notified ≥ 45 days before arrival.
    New dates must be within 12 months. Price differences apply.
  • Name/date changes after the deadline may be considered cancellations.

  • Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and other required documents.
  • Precious Holiday Travel & Tours can provide visa assistance but is not responsible for visa denial.

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Any special medical requirements should be informed at the time of booking.

  • Precious Holiday Travel & Tours acts as a booking agent and DMC. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

  •  We are not liable for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or strikes. In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or refunds where possible.

  • Hotels, airlines, and cruise operators may have stricter cancellation rules; their terms will apply if different from ours.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Myanmar.
